If you live in the US, you have to be a certain age to have sex with certain people, a certain age to send naked pictures to people of certain ages and ask for sex. This is about facts.
Listed are some ages of consents and what those countries deem acceptable and prudent i.e. what they value sexually.
It's legal to talk and have a conversation with whoever you want. It's legal to go sexual with whoever you want given/depending on age and country/location: in US you can say "wanna have sex" to 16 year old legally in many states, some 17 year old, some 18, in other countries you can say "wanna have sex" and do it with people from many ages. There's no morality or 'message' I'm just presenting facts of what is allowed and legal. You can't have sex with a 14 year old if you're 20 in the US but you can in many countries so don't do it in the US, if you live in Sweden and you're 20 you can have sex with a 16 year old but not a 12 year old like in Mexico or the Philippines.
There's a difference between what's real, legal, allowed, and what people "don't like" or have hangups or sexual insecurities or fake beliefs. Know what's real. Know what's legal. Know where you are and what's allowed and the culture and the people around.
For the rest of my life in the state of my birth Illinois til I'm a senior citizen I can legally ask 17 year old girls for sex and have sex with them. That's Illinois law for all Illinois citizens. You're grandparents too, just saying.

Summary
- Anyone can talk to whoever they want whenever you want
- Anyone can invite whoever they want to their house, go to their house
- Legally proposition, ask, and/or have sex... see local age of consent
- Any adult of any age in Illinois can have sex with a 17 year old, any adult of any age in Hawaii can have sex with a 16 year old, any adult of any age in Yemen can have sex with a 9 year old (might have to be married)
- Don't ask for sex until you know their age and the age of consent where you are
- Almost never say "sex for money"... usually it's "money for time" etc.
- Different countries have different laws so if you like 16 year olds don't go to Illinois because that's 17, don't go to California because that's 18, go to any number of countries like Mexico, Australia, South America, China
You don't have to limit yourself. If you want/like something, there might be a place to do it. Don't feel moralized because your home state has a certain set of different values when many other places might feel like you do. If you like 14 year olds, for adults that's illegal in the states, but it's legal in many places around the world. Don't break the law, their morality can suck it, abide by the law and go where it's legal. Follow US laws if you live in the US, but that doesn't mean you have to take those law into a 'moral code' and judge yourself in a country where they let you do different things. US law only applies to the US, like Mexican law in Mexico, and Australian law in Australia... don't feel judged, you're country might be stupid in some ways (porn at 18? I think we figured it out by then, dumbasses).
